Yin Yoga is a physically passive, seated, floor-based yoga practice, requiring long held postures (2-8 minutes). Yin provides time for connective tissues (fascia) to exercise and release, soothing the body, the mind, and working towards alleviating joint and body tension. Kyle provides quiet space for you to be with your mind and body, and to develop a relationship with the sensations you experience, encouraging breath exercises to guide you through practice.
