“Tend the Root” Talk Series

CTP’s “Tend the Root” Talk Series feature nine speakers to explain and elaborate on the themes and facets of the movements for social transition through inner transformation. Together, they will seek to answer one crucial question: If our ability to avoid the worst of the eco-social cataclysm of our times depends upon profound inner transformation, what are the strategic implications?

Each speaker will draw on their particular experience and expertise regarding key facets of the conversation, including leadership, group work,  social activism, law enforcement, racial equity, intersectionality, personal practice, education, ecology and more.

Each presentation will be preceded by opening remarks which will help link the presentation with the rest of the field of transformational change. Returning participants are invited to quarterly potlucks/discussion on the previous two to three talks. These gatherings will take place at CTP on the last Wednesdays, 5/29, 7/31, 9/25 at 6:00 PM and Saturday, 12/14 at 4:00 PM.
